Join us if you dare for a weekend of history and paranormal investigations with the expertise of Short Bus Paranormal. Take a tour with the Mansion historian and manager Mary Ann. The Beattie Mansion has been a home to many since 1854 and a huge piece of St Joseph MO's history.

Tours Saturday Oct 24th $20. Tours are guided by the Mansion staff and include the history with paranormal highlights. You'll see 3 stories full of rooms and stories.
Paranormal Investigations 7pm-1am $60. Guided investigations with Short Bus Paranormal. They have years of investigation experience and combine the most up to date tools with the tried and true classic tools. They are a welcoming group to work with with lots of interesting stories to tell.
VIP Overnight stays. Single overnight stay is $100 and 2 night stay is $200. These include dinner Saturday night and Beattie swag. You'll get to choose a room to spend the night in. Bring something to sleep on and plenty of clothes to bundle up i…
